Okay listen-- my Brazilian clients have loved this serum from day 1. This is such a great seller in my boutique. However, one of my regular sugaring clients recently added this to their home care routine with the most amazing results. We really have tried everything to help with their impacted ingrown hairs. These are usually painful to extract. At their most recent service, we couldn't believe how easily and painlessly the ingrowns were extracted. The Smoothing Serum has helped loosen what appears to be the keratinized dead skin cells holding in the stuck hairs. I am OBSESSED with seeing these results, and I look forward to seeing this client (and more) work closer towards their goals. Surely this serum will always be my staple recommendation for those who experience persistent ingrowns. I would recommend forgoing scrubs when using this product since the AHA/BHA combination is powerful enough on its own.
